If you require overnight accommodations, we encourage you to book a room as soon as possible. A set number of hotel rooms for November 17, 18 and 19 have been reserved for Victoria Forum attendees at The Fairmont Empress Hotel.

All rooms are held at a special group rate for Victoria Forum participants. You can book your accommodations at your hotel of choice by contacting the hotel directly via a designated reservation link or telephone number. If you are calling the hotel, please note you must identify yourself as part of the Victoria Forum to receive the group rate.
